Two juveniles have been arrested in connection with string of burglaries and vandalism, according to the Boulder Daily Camera. Two medical marijuana dispensaries and two gift shops have been robbed, and the young men who have been arrested on suspicion of the crimes are underage. Of course, juveniles' names are not reported. Police are still investigating, but the charges against the two young men could be more severe than otherwise, because the two of the businesses in question are licensed marijuana dispensaries.

Has your juvenile child been charged with a crime? Contact an experienced Boulder juvenile criminal defense attorney immediately to protect your child's future.

Defending a juvenile against criminal charges is quite different from defending an adult. Not only is this because juvenile law is a little bit different from regular criminal law, but even when a juvenile is charged as an adult, the defense strategy will likely be different than it would with an adult. Not only are there issues of privacy that the justice system affords specifically to juveniles, but the penalties, and frankly the attitudes of potential jurors are often very different when the defendant is a juvenile.
