A Denver man has been sentenced to 24 years in prison for stealing $10 million from investors, according to the Denver Post. The man was convicted of violations of organized crime, securities fraud, theft, and conspiracy statutes. A man that police suspect of robbery is in custody after being chased on foot through the capitol hill area, towards the governor’s mansion, according to CBS Denver. The driver in a fatal car accident near Steamboat Springs has pleaded guilty to careless driving resulting in death, according to 9 News. The accident was a single vehicle rollover, and the person who died was a passenger in the driver’s car. 9 News reports that prosecutors plan to file multiple criminal charges against a Longmont man who caused a car accident that resulted in the death of another man.
