Have you been charged with a crime? Speak with an aggressive, dedicated Boulder criminal defense lawyer today to discuss your options.
The Gazette is unable to report many details about the robber, so we don’t know very much about him, which points to one of the primary reasons for the presumption of innocence that all people charged with crimes in America are Constitutionally guaranteed. Particularly in a case such as this, where the person who committed the crime fled the scene, it is important to remember that the police may make a mistake and arrest the wrong person. No matter how hard the police work to protect us, it is a fact that people are sometimes charged with crimes that they did not commit. This is part of why hiring an experienced, dedicated Boulder criminal defense law firm is so important if you have been charged with a crime. An experienced attorney knows how to work with the facts of the case to show that you may not have been the person who committed the crime, that the police may have made an honest mistake in your case.
