A man that police suspect of robbery is in custody after being chased on foot through the capitol hill area, towards the governor’s mansion, according to CBS Denver. A neighborhood woman called the police after seeing a man in her garage. She says that the man threatened her, and then ran away. Police set up a perimeter in the area, and apprehended a suspect who had broken through a window into a law office near 8th and Pearl. The suspect was taken to the hospital for treatment of some minor injuries that he suffered, apparently from the broken window he climbed through.
