6-6-1:  FALSE STATEMENT CARD PROHIBITED:  (1224 1813 2001)  It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to make false statements or to furnish, present or exhibit any fictitious or false driver’s license, registration card, identification card or note, or other document or documents purporting to establish the age or identity of such person or issued to a person other than the one presenting the same, for the purpose of gaining admission to liquor licensed establishments, or any other establishment to which entry is restricted based on age, either by law or by management of the establishment.

6-6-2:  SERVICES OF OTHERS PROHIBITED:  (1224 1813 2001)  It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years to engage or utilize the services of any other person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure for such person any article that the person himself is forbidden by law to purchase.

6-6-3:  UNLAWFUL PURCHASING PROHIBITED:  (1224 1813 2001)  It shall be unlawful for any person, whether for remuneration or not, to procure for any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, any article that the person himself is forbidden by law to purchase.

6-6-4:  UNLAWFUL PURCHASE OR DISTRIBUTION OF CIGARETTES OR TOBACCO PRODUCTS:  (1786)

(A) It shall be unlawful for anyone under the age of eighteen (18) years to purchase any cigarettes or tobacco products within the City of Westminster. For purposes of this subsection only, “tobacco products” are defined as:  cigars, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, cavendish, plug and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or for smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking.

(B) It is unlawful for any person to knowingly furnish to any person who is under eighteen (18) years of age, by gift, sale, or any other means, any cigarettes or tobacco products, as defined in subsection (A) of this Section.

(C) Any person who sells, or offers to sell, any cigarettes or tobacco products, either over the counter or by use of a vending machine, or any other coin-operated machine, shall display a warning sign, as specified in this subsection.  Said warning shall be displayed in a prominent place at such location or on such machine at all times, shall have a minimum height of three inches (3”) and a width of six inches (6”), and shall read as follows:
WARNING
IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY PERSON UNDER EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE TO PURCHASE CIGARETTES AND TOBACCO PRODUCTS AND, UPON CONVICTION, A $25.00 FINE MAY BE IMPOSED.

(D) Any person who violates any of the provisions of subsections (A), (B) or (C) of this Section shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25).
